Nevada EMS Exams Information
Nevada EMR Exams
The NREMT exam is required for Nevada EMR licenses. Successful completion of these examinations is required to apply for a Nevada EMS license. All candidates must register online with NREMT: Instructions for candidate registration for the computer-based written examination at a Pearson VUE Test Center.
A practical examination is a separate event from the written. All practical examinations require pre-registration with a completed application. This must be done in advance to guarantee a spot in the exam. Some host sites charge a fee for the practical examination. It is the candidates’ responsibility to arrange for fee payment with the host site. The practical exam schedule is posted on the Education webpage and updated weekly.

Requirements for Nevada EMS Certification
EMR - Emergency Medical Responder
To become a licensed EMR in Nevada you must successfully complete an EMR program, pass the National Registry exam, and provide a copy of your CPR card.
