To become an EMR in the state of Mississippi you must: Be 18 years old, Complete an application for Mississippi EMS Certification form; Provide a copy of NREMT Certification, Provide the original, signed Jurisdictional Medical Control Agreement; Reciprocity agreement from home state, if applicable; and pay the required fee(s).
